Location is very convenient to area attractions. We visited Estes Park, took a drive to visit an area lake. Took in Denver Zoo and Aquarium and visited a rescue center for animals. It was a great place to visit and the accommodation was top choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great vacation.

We absolutely loved this property. We came for a CU football game and loved the convenience of getting to Boulder from this location while also being in a neighborhood outside of the busy campus area. Bonus: The pickleball courts across the street!

We really enjoyed our two night stay here! Great attention to detail and had everything we needed. Living room was a bit tight on space for any gatherings, but with the nice weather it was perfect to split up between indoor and outdoor/top patio spaces. Absolutely loved the lower level of outdoor space! We didnt get a chance to visit the walking-distance pool, but as we passed by on a Sunday, it looked so EMPTY! It looked so nice, too! Next time =)

We were glad to have found this place for our Idaho family to use as a base for a CU Denver graduation. Located across from a park in a quiet residential area, but close to shopping and with a short connection to major arterial to Boulder was great. Everything turned out just as advertised. The place was very clean and the split entry design with 2 bedrooms and a bath on each floor worked out perfectly for our group of 8. We also were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was. We like to do our own cooking and hate to buy a bunch of spices which you barely use. We also really appreciated your quick responses to all our questions. You have a great place and we only wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have used the deck and the gazebo area. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.

This home did not disappoint! Our family was there for the Taylor Swift concert and we had a great experience with this property. We were able to take the grand kids across the street to the park and grilled supper for those who didn’t go to the concert. Our concert goers were able to get there and back with ease.
