Very roomy, worked well for us. Great Communications from the owners. Extremely great location between Boulder and Denver with Costco's and everything else you could need within just a couple of minutes.

We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.

This was a great place to stay for our family who was in town for a wedding. The kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of room for family meals.
One thing to note is that all of the sleeping spaces are either upstairs or downstairs, which was a little challenging for my elderly parents.

The house needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Almost everything we used in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use it. Ended up buying paper plates, cups and utensils. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
