This was a good space for a group of girls. Basically 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and 2 washers/dryers for laundry. House is pretty much right on a highway and doesn’t look to be in the greatest of areas but we didn’t have any problems.
On our last day, owner asked if we were going to use the kayaks and 10 min later showed up to take them. We never knew kayaks were available or we probably would’ve used them!
One thing that was hard to deal with was the thermostat is locked out and you can’t change the temp. It fluctuates with the weather between 70-74 but the basement is about 65. Some of us were hot sleeping and the girls downstairs were freezing to death.

If you are going to Water World, you can’t beat this location…right down the road! Also very easy access to interstate. 1950s home on a main road that has been thoughtfully updated. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on main floor and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and pull out couch in basement. We stayed here with another family so each had their own floor (2 kitchens and 2 washer and dryers). Communication with host was great. Backyard is nice and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Kids were happy with large tvs and entertainment options.

We were aware that this is an older property but had no idea it was located on a busy 4 lane street. Our group of 10 came in two cars and were surprised to find a large pickup truck and another vehicle parked in the narrow driveway, forcing us to put one of our cars on the street for the entire stay. We did not feel comfortable doing that.
The house itself was neat and clean. However, all closets were locked and not available. The house is a little small for the size of our group, which I knew upfront, but the busy, noisy street and lack of sufficient parking in the driveway were a turnoff. There were enough beds for our group but only 2 bathrooms. The property might be adaquate for a smaller group that doesn't mind the busy street, but we were disappointed.
