From this home take a short walk to Old Town Arvada where you can enjoy a variety of dinning, relax with a pint from one of the brew pubs or go shopping.
If you want to go farther hop on the light rail and head to Denver, Golden or a number of other destinations. Mountains calling? The home is just a few miles from I-70 that will take you to almost any mountain destination.
When you get back home, light up the grill, try the stocked kitchen or enjoy some of Arvada's best dinning.
This home is all on one level with only 3 steps in and out of both doors. This private space is part of a duplex. There is a master bedroom and a secondary (kid like) bedroom with a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Having 2 bathrooms is helpful for family stays.
The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking needs and has a range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot (a must) and other small appliances for cooking at home.
The yard is private and fully fenced in. A large grill is available for outdoor cooking and a patio table and chairs is positioned under a beautiful shade tree. Off street parking is also dedicated to the home with space for 2 cars front to back or 1 truck / longer vehicle.

Everything was wonderful. Our host made sure ever thing we may need was there. Our host was very helpful. She gave us ideas of the local activities. Businesses, and even walking directions to get to old town. Everything was in good repair and the host texted me a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt like I was staying at a friend's home. We had a beautiful park just around the block that the host had told me about and the dog and I did a couple of walks a day. She even write me a lovely note inviting us to come back any time. We would not hesitate to return. A big thank you for making out trip so easy and making us feel so welcome!!

The location is good and the space is large. The property could be great but it unfortunately lacks attention to detail. It is surface clean but not really clean. Floors were dirty, especially baseboards and under sofa. Sofa is very worn and bits of leather/vinyl actually come off on your clothes. Very disappointing. When I communicated to the owner about the floors being dirty she replied that she does not have the capacity to check after each flip. We did have a maintenance issue and they responded promptly.
