2-room apartment for up to 4 guests, approx. 46 m². Bedroom with a double bed; living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking space available.
Welcome to our lovingly furnished, approx. 46 m² 2-room vacation apartment, located on the mezzanine level with its own terrace and comfortably accommodating 2 to a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2025, refurnished, and updated with new flooring to give it a fresh, modern look.
You’ll have a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200) and direct access to the southeast-facing terrace. The patio door and the living room window are equipped with sturdy insect screens, so you can air out the space without any pesky visitors.
The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining area with four chairs. The fully equipped built-in KITCHEN has everything you could want. A dishwasher is just as standard as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, an additional Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
Wi-Fi is also included. A 43" LED smart TV (internet-enabled) and a hi-fi system (internet radio, DAB+, FM radio, CD, MP3, Bluetooth, USB), as well as books and games, provide entertainment. You can store your valuables in the electronic guest safe.
The new bathroom with shower and toilet features a modern design, and a hair dryer is provided. You’re welcome to use the SWIMMING POOL located in the building—which features a counter-current system and natural light—as well as the Finnish SAUNA, free of charge.
You have a designated parking space on the parking deck. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Right in front of the house is a lawn area with playground equipment for children.
During the season, your own beach chair on the beautiful Döser sandy beach is included! The beach chair is located in the nearby Field 61 with chair number L293.
Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 meters to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.
Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
