Welcome to our 2-room vacation apartment “Seeblick” No. 49 at the Residenz Passat.
The bright, 46 m² apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located on the 2nd floor and, just like the building’s indoor swimming pool with sauna, is easily accessible by elevator.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully located vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.
Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
