The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed invites you to enjoy restful nights. In the living/sleeping area, a comfortable double sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots and a cozy place to unwind.
The separate dining area with a beautiful lake view turns shared meals into a special moment. The fully equipped kitchen area offers everything you need for a carefree stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh air and let your gaze wander over the surroundings—perfect for starting or ending the day in a relaxed way. Satellite TV and a telephone provide entertainment.
A parking space right in front of the building is, of course, also available to you.
Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.
Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
