Bedroom with a double bed; living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, balcony or terrace, and bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available in some units.
Welcome to our cozy and lovingly furnished vacation apartment for up to 4 people, featuring a side view of the North Sea and, in the distance, the island of Neuwerk. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Passat residential complex (elevator available in the building), measures 46 m², and features a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a balcony. Wi-Fi is included.
The bedroom, which opens onto the balcony, is furnished with a double bed featuring two mattresses of different firmness levels (one firm and medium, the other medium and soft), a wardrobe with a safe for valuables, and blackout curtains. Relax on the balcony, which is furnished with a table and four chairs, and enjoy the view of the quiet, idyllic neighborhood.
The spacious open-concept kitchen invites you to enjoy meals together and spend cozy time with loved ones. There is a dining table with four chairs, from which you have a side view of the North Sea and the island of Neuwerk.
The fully equipped kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. In the living area, you’ll find a TV, a CD/radio player, a DVD player, and a comfortable sleeper sofa.
The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink, was renovated in February 2024.
During your stay, you’re welcome to use the building’s swimming pool with a counter-current system and the Finnish sauna free of charge.
You’ll have a designated parking space on the parking deck as well as access to the coin-operated washers and dryers in the basement. Right in front of the building, there’s a lawn area with a playground for children.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully located vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s just about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.
Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to your apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
