The property was in a remote area and no transport to get into town except for irregular buses. No staff that speaks English or communicate effectively. No staff to talk to if any danger or emergency event occurs. This property is a remote dead-end area. The property is good, clean and the staff are nice but they speak little to no English. The dining and restaurant is closed almost throughout the day. The breakfast is very limited and very low quality. I think everything about this property should be reviewed before it is opened to foreigners that don't understand the swiss language or culture. This property is too beautiful and I think it is a waste for that location. The room and bed was not big enough too.

Nice new/newly renovated plastic'ish hotel in a IKEA sort of way. Everything worked and I had a nice spacious room. There's a lot of noise all day/night from the road just outside the hotel, so remember to ask in the reception for a room facing the parking lot in stead. Oh wait.. There is no reception, only a time consuming self service machine. The breakfast was not impressive and one would expect that it was ready, on the time given in the hotel instructions,but no....

Our first experience with self-check-in. Had some difficulty, but phone next to the computer worked an someone walked us through the process, in English. Premises were neat and modern. Breakfast (included) was ample.

We spent one night in Hotel Rhy during our summer vacation in 2018. We excatly got what we expected. Modern, clean hotel with super easy and fast check-in, not too far from the highway. Perfect pick, if you searching for a location on a longer journey.

Hotel was fine but fully automated with no staff. Sink drain didn't drain and location was disappointing (we should have researched it better). Would be a good hotel for business travel or quick place to sleep if driving by.

You are the hotel's staff!! No one in sight. All digital! You are the unpaid employee and you get to pay for it!!! The bed is terrible. Would not recommend this hotel at all!!

Ghis is a self checkin hotel. When i arrived the group in front of us had trouble using the self checkin machine and we had to wait about 30min whilst they sorted out their problem. We had to wait as their was only one self checkin machine. Suggest the hotel to provide passcode that we can directly key in to the doors and using checkin at machine. When it was my turn the machine refused to provide 2 key cards even though i requested 2 cards. It was really inconvenient to share one card when there are 2 occupants. The area surrounding the hotel has nothing going for it so this is only suitable if u just need a place to sleep in on your way to somewhere else

Very nice rooms, but ... the check-inn machine didn’t work, so as nobody works in this hotel, our family with two small children had to wait almost an hour in the windy entrance of the building before getting the room keys. As it was proudly written in their brochures, a small breakfast should be served in the restaurant. Unfortunately, in the morning the restaurant was closed and after looking around we found a breakfast tablett with the room number on it in a fridge situated on the first floor. No note, no explanations, no excuses.

No reception available, took me more than half an hour being able to check in after making 2 Phone calls, room was nice and clean, good internet, good breakfast, when the incheck service was better I would come back
