About this cottage rental
BETWEEN GUÉRANDE AND LA BAULE this cottage (2022) with a wooden frame (Eco responsible - HQE standards) is located in a wooded residential park near nature and leisure. It is also secured by an electric wood gate with code.
> Open for booking ALL YEAR ROUND and from 4 to 7 nights minimum depending on the period (July/August booking from Saturday to Saturday)
SHARED, HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL with wading pool for young children. The pool will be open from the beginning of June until the end of September 2025.
This 42m2 cottage consists of a living room with LARGE BAY WINDOW with direct access to the terrace and REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING HEATING
- A fully equipped KITCHEN area: Large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine
- A SOFA with TV and coffee table
- A LIVING ROOM area with dining table for 5 people
- A BEDROOM with double bed 160 with fitted wardrobes and television
- A BEDROOM with 3 single beds, 1 on the mezzanine and 1 drawer bed (Size 80 and 70 by 190 or 200) with cupboards
- A bathroom with shower, sink, cupboards, towel dryer and hair dryer
- 1 separate toilet
- A cupboard with washing machine 6kgs
- a terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs
- a Weber charcoal barbecue

The CYCLE PATH (Vélocean) is directly accessible from the estate via a small gate secured by a code to allow you to circulate safely on foot or by bike ... (the beach of La Baule is only 20 minutes away and 10 minutes by bike)
Close to Guerande and its fortified city and its salt marshes, the wild coast and its charming cities: Batz-sur-Mer, Le Croisic, Piriac-sur-Mer, La Brière territory of wild marshes.
