About this house rental
Our modern house is located in the quiet of the Beslon district. It is perfectly equipped.
On the first floor, you will find a large living room with living/dining room and open kitchen, fitted and equipped, a scullery with washing machine and dryer, a master suite (bed 180) with en-suite shower room, a dressing room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed (140) and storage cupboard, 1 second bedroom with double bed (140) and storage cupboard, a bathroom and separate toilet.
In our garden, enjoy our south-facing terrace with everything you need to have a good time, barbecue, sun loungers, and our heated swimming pool (4x2.5m) and secured thanks to the sliding terrace.
The famous Avenue de Gaulle is a 10-15 minute walk away, as well as the "Salines" shopping area where you will find a Carrefour Market, an excellent bakery, and other shops.
La Baule market is a 15-minute walk away.
The beach is a 5-minute drive away (20 minutes walk).
