About this house rental
Modern house with all comfort of industrial type pleasant to live in La Baule of 130m² and beautiful land with garden furniture and barbecue available.
House of 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms + an office with internet with fiber.
- A 10-minute walk from Avenue Charles De Gaule and 12 minutes from the beach.
- 5 minutes walk from the train station.
- We leave an electric bike (deposit required) and a bike for short trips.
- A private parking space. Otherwise free spaces.
Ideal for a family holiday!
Living room with a large TV, freebox offering access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, Disney+ and other freebox options. A hi-fi system with Bluetooth, vinyl, usb, cd, radio is at your disposal.
Dining table for 6 people.
- A laundry room is also present to put shoes, jacket etc... There is the washing machine, sink, etc...
- Toilet on the first floor.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a large landing.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed L.140/190cm with a desk and a wardrobe.
- A bedroom with a bed of L.180/200cm.
- Independent toilet on the landing.

Large terrace with beautiful garden furniture plus an outdoor dining table. Barbecue available. Garden of about 500m2.

* Cleaning and cleaning of the end-of-stay linen mandatory. 70 euros to be given directly to us.
