We stayed three nights at Spagna Ave and overall had a lovely stay. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it a great base for exploring Rome.
The location was excellent — very close to the Spanish Steps and many other major sights, with lots within easy walking distance. We really appreciated being able to explore so much of the city on foot. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly during our stay.
Breakfast was excellent each morning, although the breakfast restaurant was about a five-minute walk from the hotel itself.
The only downside for us was that there was no coffee available in the room. Since many places nearby don’t open until around 7 a.m., we found ourselves walking to McDonald’s down the street for early morning coffee.
Overall, though, it was a comfortable and well-located hotel for a Rome stay, and we enjoyed our time there.
