    Lovely location,it was only a stop off for us,but the room was clean,the staffs were helpful and the facilities we used were fine. Bars and shops convenient, ample parking and connectedness to west coast by bus.

    I stayed a night with my partner here before continuing further to The Highlands. The receptionist was very nice, the room was very clean with nice hot water, and the pricing was really good given located in a noce place and view.

    We arrived during a snow storm wet and cold, ( two hours before check-in). The hotel was empty but the receptionist could not let us in to a room, any room would have done. We went into the empty lounge there was no one there, guests or staff, the lounge was cold and uninviting. I asked to cancel but was told i was too late ( but too early for a room) the receptionist said if we come back in an hour he would try and fit us in. The village was closed so we decided to sit in the car and reconsidered our options and left.

    It’s so old and run down. Room was damp. Drains were blocked. Mould in shower. Around window carpet worn. You have had all winter to get it ready for summer guests. Come on try harder
