About this apartment rental
Apartment with a surface area of 105 m², located on the groundfloor, on a private terrace of 150 m², of a luxury building in the 17th arrondissement in Paris. The apartment is fully equipped: internet connection, heating, television, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ... Linen is provided and changed once a week: sheets, blankets, towels, pillow cases, bathroom rugs and kitchen towel. On your arrival, you will find a set of welcome products consisting of soap, shampoo, sponges and toilet paper. 24/7 assistance Member of the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau since 1992. The appartement is perfect for 3 as the bedrooms are quite small and the only bathroom is in the main bedroom. The terrasse is really nice and very quiet. Communication was extremely easy with a responsiveness close to immediate. The location is safe and allows to walk from one district to another very easily. Lots of restaurants, grocery shops, wet markets and shops within walking distance.
