The location is amazing, it is spacious for Paris, the apartment is in a nice building and looks modern, beds, even the sofa bed, are comfortable. The host is great when it comes to communication though WhatsApp. I don’t understate why people say mean things or perhaps they improved a lot, towels were provided, clear instructions to enter as well.
They should inform about paying deposit beforehand on booking before you book, I was a little confused when I received their message but it is reasonable and they had returned it

The location was "okay".
the customer service is one of the worst. the apartment wasn’t clean, there were crumbs on the furniture, and there were no kitchen cloths. When we booked, we didn’t know that we had to pay extra for the bed sheets and towels. We didn’t like this. They should have said it beforehand, it was presented as optional, but it wasn’t.
