First is that the TV in the living room is not Functioning. We called to report it but the guy who came said that its a cable and internet issue and he cant do nothing about it. Management didnt do anything about it. Second, staff from reception does not even greet their guest, might not even know how hospitality should be. Our Main issue is that, we stayed here for a birthday celebration. 3 visitors came just to eat and would not stay for even an hour. They are asked for their ID but unfortunately they did not brought them as they are just living nearby. However, they are showing their ID’s in TAMM which is valid in every transaction here in UAE and it is verified by UAE PASS. I just dont get the logic that they should scan the physical IDs to be uploaded into their system but cannot accept a soft copy of EID from TAMM? . They even called our room several times wherein some of our babies are already sleeping. They even knock us in the room at 3am in the morning just for this ID. This incident was a bit of a harassment already. Our visitors that are eating that time stop eating and just went home after this. Shout out to this Mr ADEL who doest know how this thing should be handled. Hotels should be hospitable enough to treat all guests and visitors with some respect! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

It’s a good hotel overall, but it could be much cleaner. The sofas in the living room had stains, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean either. The toilet seat was broken, and there were also issues with the flush. Check-out also took around 30/40 minutes, which was quite inconvenient.
