    We got a bungalow and we asked for a king size bed, it wasn't available so they made sure we had a room with a big bed, staff is amazing, breakfast bufet is very various and amazing, parking wasn't far from hotel (4mn walking) and is free

    Front desk staff was so friendly helpful and welcoming. Eva rocks. Gift was great too. Rooms were very clean, well stocked with amenities, nice and spacious and airy. Breakfast was great, nice selection. Pool area was relaxing though could use a bit of maintenance (some older/soft slabs of wood in the deck around the pool). Access to the facilities at the Bonanza Playa across the street, which are amazing. Luis at the hair salon is aces, so nice and is great at what he does! The spa was amazing - we had sports massages, they were amazing. Nice and deep. There was a sauna and hot tub that both looked amazing but I didn’t use them! Pool at the Playa was gorgeous, right on the sea and while busy, was still amazing to relax by. Number 4 bus passes frequently right in front of the property, a quick half hour ish into Palma center town. Overall would go back in a heartbeat!
