The staff, the location.
There was no air con in my room, it was a built in fan and not ideal in 30+ degrees.

The property was beautiful with loads of room in a beautiful location.
I wish there were small fridges in the rooms and that the aircon was a bit cooler.

It was old and outdated, service poor and nowhere it said that half the day the hotel was in the shadow. With only a handful of sunbed in 1 corner of terrace with sun all day. Breakfast unorganised with very slow service of eggs etc. I just wanted to take over it myself.
