Europe Playa Marina - Adults Only

We had an overall pleasant stay.The room was good and generally matched the booking,and the food quality was also quite good.The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. The à la carte restaurant has good-quality food, and dishes such as the paella were very tasty. However, after several days, the menu felt repetitive. With a little more creativity, seasonal specials or a daily chef’s surprise, I believe the restaurant could offer a much more interesting experience and potentially encourage guests to dine there more often. It would also be nice to see a little more consistency in presentation between different chef shifts. One example was the burrata salad, which unfortunately arrived very cold/frozen and did not seem to have been served at its best.

However, during our seven-night stay, the breakfast was essentially identical every day, with almost no changes. A little more variety would make a longer stay much more enjoyable. There were also a few areas where I feel greater attention to detail could make a big difference. For example, for two guests staying seven nights, only two bottles of water were provided on arrival. One day our towels were removed without replacement, and on another day dirty bed sheets were left on the sofa. The area underneath the bed did not appear to be cleaned during our stay, and the balcony was never cleaned. The glass coaster/underliner also remained dirty for most of the stay and was only replaced shortly before departure. Unfortunately, I also lost a sunglasses case in the room and reported it to the front office. I was disappointed that there was no follow-up or communication afterwards. Even a short update would have been appreciated. We also experienced some difficulty when asking the hotel to arrange a taxi. The taxi requested through the hotel never arrived, which was inconvenient and made us feel that the communication or coordination could have been better. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect taxi arrangements to be handled more reliably, or at least for the guest to be informed if there is a problem. The maintenance of some elements in the room could also receive a little more attention. Finally, communication in English was sometimes difficult in both housekeeping and food & beverage. I believe stronger communication and coordination between the teams could improve the overall guest experience considerably.None of these points individually ruined our stay, and there are definitely many positives to the hotel. The staff and the food have good potential, and with a stronger focus on consistency, housekeeping details, communication, transportation arrangements and variety, I think Europe Playa Marina could provide an excellent experience.

Breakfast was superb, the hotel is so relaxing. Amazing location and staff couldn’t be more helpful easy to get around 14 mins into palma and hotel very good in calling a taxi for you

Rooms are a little old fashioned but still liked it

The hotel is located in a residential area with a private little beach and two small grocery shops just near by. The rooms are confortable and it has many activities you can do such as kayaking and stand up paddling with extra charge. The swimming pool is very nice and the breakfast is amazing with many options from the chef. The staff was always kind and helpful. Just like 15 min walking you can fin a beautiful beach with restaurants and a beach club.

the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, you could not control the temperature and the daily cleaning wasn’t perfect. The cleaning ladies could pass by any time during the day so sometimes we couldn’t get much rest waiting for them.

It’s quite and private as well

Couldn’t change the pool towels past 3 days.
