Staff were all amazing and so welcoming and helpful. Uniformed front door staff took care of our car from the kerb. The hotel is compact, chic, with cool lobby bar and lovely restaurant, very close to Prado and other museums and shops.

The hotel felt like a Christmas fairy tale. Staff was wonderful, and the room large and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location 10/10. Not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, but close to several local trendy neighborhoods and local shops. Will absolutely stay here again.

Staff at Urso are the stand out. Everyone was always so willing to go out of their way to make our stay memorable. From the front door to the front desk to the servers to room attendants. Everyone was wonderful!
