2 night stay as a couple. one of the nicest places we have stayed. room was lovely. staff friendly. Will be back soon. would recommend.

The Bold is a lovely Hotel, very popular with non residents to, day and night, inside and out
It’s on an excellent location, near to all amenities
Some car parking spaces round the back but you can pay for a space, with a discount at their sister hotel The Grand across the road if it’s full
All the Bar, Restaurant and reception staff were very warm and welcoming.
The room was cosy, the bed comfy, the bathroom spacious, all with good facilities
Breakfast was a very nice hot buffet, drinks machine and a cold selection with a toast machine
The only draw back we found was that there was some road and revellers noise into the night that a bit of internal double glazing would have fixed and a lift to the bedrooms would be good
It was good value for money
We would definitely recommend staying there
