Excellent value for money. Both clean and comfortable. and easy express check in. Staff / Host responsive when I requested help with heating delivering an electric heater with an hour of my messaging them. Very good for a short stay and ideally centrally located for shops and restaurants etc,.
Relatively minor issues...wasn't able to park in the drive way at the front as a large white catering van and red saloon blocking entry for the 2 nights of my stay so I had to pay to park on the road. Also, the locked pvc window was draughty on what were very cold and windy days (Storm Dave) Finally my room (11) was on the top/third floor so not easily accessible especially if you have mobility issues...not an major issue for me but not ideal when laden with bags or shopping.

Fantastic for the price, we were really surprised place was spottless, location is perfect well worth the price paid. Will deffinatly book again when in southport.
The bed was very low and the mattress was very soft. There was noise throughout the night as we were near the front door and staircase. We heard other guests coming and going.

clean room, comfy enough space
got a room with a shower, to fit what i needed the room for. No hot water in the night or morning. So spending extra for that was like setting it on fire.
