The Meridian

Very modern, clean, warm and close to everything that I needed. The room was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also absolute gems.

Everything was great, but a suggestion to have a privacy curtain halfway up as the window faces lots of other windows.

Ok so I write a review every week as I stay here 4 nights per week due to work and can't praise this hotel high enough but this week they have surpassed themselves. I was at work and got a text from The Hotel saying a leak in my current room meant I was being moved to another room. No issues explained the reason perfectly. So I got back about 19:00 moved my stuff to my new room. And here is where room changed it was a luxury self contained flat. To be honest I didn't want to go home😂the room was great a couch, table, fridge etc all beautifully set out clean, nest and tidy. This was a luxury upgrade and to pay £150 for 4 nights is just amazing value. I actually would stay here permanently if it wasn't for the fact I live in Leeds. Just book and stay here Liverpool is only 1 hour away via bus or train but Southport has plenty of things to do.

See above absolutely nothing this Hotel is Brilliant

Locality , clean , helpful staff

Sink didnt drain properly

Local to shops

Shower was small, walls are too thin, heard other peoples conversations & extra activities!! Seagulls woke us early. Cleaning was ok. Alot of steps to our room, didnt know this before check in.
