Jane is a lovely host. The property is very clean, Breakfast is cooked to order and is great. Located close to many facilities in Southport.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Jane was very warm and welcoming. Full breakfast was good quality and well prepared. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Very convenient location. Guest parking . Excellently presented property, extremely welcoming host. Within a few minutes you felt you
belonged. Rooms well presented/comfortable. Some nice touches in the hospitality tray. We were travelling with two children under 12. They loved it. Fabulous breakfast on offer. We opted for continental and there was a wide range of cereals/freshfruit/yogurts/toast/pan au chocolate. We could have had a wide selection of cooked breakfast if we’d wanted. The host baked chocolate chip cookies as an additional (and very popular) extra for the children. Lovely atmosphere throughout the property. 10% off card at selection of local restaurants. We ate at Velore (Italian) nearby. Excellent meal.
