A fantastic hotel with wonderful owners.
We had to cut our stay by two days due to a medical emergency and they could not have been more helpful

Comfortable room with everything you could need, fridge, wide range of drinks, biscuits etc.
Leigh and Cleo couldn't have been more obliging and so friendly.
Breakfast was very nice with an excellent choice.
Overall a lovely place to stay and will certainly visit again if we are in the area

Our hosts Cleo and Leigh were so pleasant and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and we had a good selection of teas, coffee etc and chocolate bars. It was great that we had a fridge too. Bath robes and slippers were available too. These extras were great to have. Breakfast was first class. Everywhere was spotless. Cleo and Leigh are doing a fantastic job.. We enjoyed our chats with them. We would highly recommend this B&B.

What wonderful hosts Cleo and Leigh were. Nothing was too much trouble. They asked what we would like for breakfast and delivered exceptional food.
Small bottles of beer and wine were provided in the room for a small charge.
They discovered that we were staying at Bay Tree House during our wedding anniversary, the next day we found a gift left in our bedroom with a delightful card.
Anyone looking to stay in Southport should look no further than the Bay Tree.
