Nice big old property. The owners are working hard to refurbish the property. Lovely new carpet in the bedroom. Clean bedding and nice and warm. Gary cooked us a yummy breakfast. Shirley is very friendly and welcoming. Shirley was waiting for us when we got there to help with parking and a greet us. We sat outside in the afternoon as it was really sunny. You are close to the restaurants and bars on Lord Street. Nice where this is situated as off busy Lord Street. Shirley was very informative about different places you can visit in the town. I would recommend staying here with Shirley and Gary to support their business. Both lovely people.

Gary and Shirley are the perfect hosts, very welcoming. Our room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. There was no noise from inside or outside the building so had a brilliant night's sleep. Our breakfast was delicious with perfect poached eggs 😉.
We also got free parking which was a bonus.
We will definitely be staying again and again.
