    We stay here regularly and love it it’s a traditional hotel and a very homely feel . Staff are amazing especially Karen and Antonia on reception they are so friendly and helpful I get my same room as I bring my springer spaniel with us so we get room 100 which has plenty of room for him . The hotel is clean and warm and the location is perfect for us . Once again thanks guys for a lovely break and we will see you again probably next month 😊

    The fairly new receptionist was not what we are used to we use the Prince of Wales many times and always get an upgrade we were only here last week. This receptionist gave us a room which when we entered had a very bad sewer smell. Whent back down to reception and was given a different room but it only had a double bed instead of 2 singles we were tired so couldn't go through getting another room. Normally the receptionist are brilliant but this visit has put us off coming back, and we have been using this hotel for years.

    Amazing staff especially Karen who is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Hotel is spotless it is an old building but staff keep it clean and fresh with a lovely home from home vibe

    Noise neighbours until 2am when exhausted fell asleep for 2 and a half hours sent message to hotel no one phoned back or contacted me .thanks Brittany hotels
