The room was clean. We traveled light and the room was not too small (larger than most Tokyo hotels). They provided a few drinks for free and the hotel had free wifi.
Location was quite good. It is close to several of the Boat Bus stops. The hotel is a bit if a walk from the main area of San Marco but this was a benefit for me as it was less crowded. The restaurants nearby are just okay.
Staff was helpful although we tripped the circuit breaker and the guy that was sent there to help did not know until I pointed at the breaker panel for them. Breakfast was simple but included with our stay. It was quite delicious and was a good way to start the day.
The only complaint was that we were on the 2nd floor and trying to sleep early was difficult as you could hear people outside almost all night. Not the hotels fault but it can be a bit loud.
