One of the very best locations for the caldera view. The manager Stefanos was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast is amazing with a view and it took us a lot of willpower to leave the breakfast table and explore the city. The only negative in my mind, which is a common issue for these types of rooms on the cliffside and is largely unavoidable is the slight damp smell.

We travel a lot- this hotel was extraordinary. Lovely, clean, with not too much decor in the rooms- Air conditioning was great. The hotel ambiance was local and true to its name. The location was quiet- away from street noise but easy to get to. We walked everywhere but walking on cobblestones and stairs did not bother our family.
The staff was beyond accommodating.
I will recommend this hotel to friends and will visit again.
