The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Fira but also far enough to have peace and quiet. The rooms were very nice, the view was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were super helpful and nice!

Location, George carrying the bags and the breakfast offering.
The front door lock was faulty and very difficult to use, the plug in the basin was faulty, no Jacuzzi for the price we paid, internet went down for a day- couldn’t do work, they do not provide milk and honey for the in-room tea/ coffee, do not provide towels fir the sunset area lounge without paying deposit, sunset glass area glass very very dirty couldn’t take photos or see the view properly due to the the thickness of the dirt, No TV in master bedroom. No tissues provided in room. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotions provided in the bathroom had to ask for, no cappuccinos .
