The hotel has a great common pool with the caldera view. Rooms are spacious too. however we have encountered a few issues- 1. The names, description and sizes of the rooms are all incorrect in agoda, so please be mindful if you are booking via agoda. maybe call them and check, we did not get the room we wanted and were stuck with what were provided as there was no vacancy 2. It more a airbnb setup than a suite or a hotel. no proper entry or reception. We initially struggled to locate the hotel upon arrival. Then somoene guided over the phone and keys were left inside the room with a self check in. Like many other Santo hotels, be mindful that it has a fair bit of strais to go down to if you are travelling with lugguage and kids.

The view is great and worth all the steep steps! Downside is the room is very old, sheets and towels were worn out. Aside from Shampoo, shower gel and hand soap no other toiletries provided. No slippers as well. Breakfast is freshly made if that would help.

View from our suite was fantastic for phototaking. Feels like honeymoon again. Downside was towels were not replaced daily and bedsheets and floor seemed dirty when we arrived. The mattress for our third guest's bed was hard and thin. And there were not enough bar counter facilities in our suite.
