Views from the balcony was excellent -- you can actually view the sunset there. Renalda from the reception was an absolute gem -- helpful and extremely approachable. The hotel helped us with our transport arrangements and gave us detailed recommendations on where to go.

We are satisfied with everything, the staffs are very friendly and helpful too . However, for travellers with large suitcases, be aware there are quite some staircase to climb, and the carpark is not near to the hotel... It's across the road after climbing up the stairs
