The hotel was lovely, we have gorgeous views from our balcony and a private hot tub. Bonus for complimentary breakfast each morning, which we enjoyed on the balcony. Gigi was super helpful throughout our stay.
No pool area or outdoor area to sit out in the sun. Our balcony was in the shade.

The hotel is in a great location, not too far to walk to the centre Fira or the neighbouring town Imerovigli. There are also lots of decent restaurants close by. I found it very peaceful, clean and the staff very welcoming. The hot tub on the balcony was lovely like a warm bath and the Caldera views is amazing.
Maybe having irons in the room, although upon request one was made available.
