Let's face it! 🤩 The stellar service started before the trip began! Eleni greeted me via email to welcome us to the hotel, extend their services, and arrange transportation. She responded quickly to all of my questions and answered all of my questions.
When we got to Santorini airport, the driver was there as expected. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by Mr. Mongi, one of the hotel managers, and his staff. They took out bags and Mr. Mongi gave us a tour of the hotel. It only has a few rooms, called houses. Each "house" has a different style. The hotel itself is a tour through history, with antiques, books, and beautiful art! All of this is surrounded by a breathtaking view no matter the weather!! The sunsets were amazing!
Breakfast was delivered every morning upon request and served royally. There was always more than enough. I particularly love that, in their communications, they emphasized conserving waste and being specific in ordering what you need. For example, I asked them to remove the sliced bread from the breadbasket and just leave the croissants. They encourage that!
As blessing would have it, we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Mr. Tsitoura himself. He had flown in for the day. He was so humble and kind, he introduced himself as Eleni's father. I was overwhelmed!! He showed us inside another house that leaves me speechless!! You really have to see it to comprehend the amazing that this hotel is!

Really, I can't think of anything. We are a little independent and I wish I would have used the benefits of talking to the hosts, more. In sure he had some more suggestions that I could have benefitted from. My dream vacation was dreamy!

This hotel is exceptional in every aspect. I've travelled to many places in the world, and this hotel is in the top three. The service is outstanding, from the time the staff greets you with a small glass of Santorini wine, to the breakfast, cocktails in the evening, and the sunset over the patio to the amazing crater-harbor Santorini is famous for. Our room is impossible to describe, unique and elegant but comfortable, and decorated with the owner's personal art collection. Our only wish is that we had stayed longer. Because of bad weather, our ferry from Milos was delayed by two days, so we didn't get to enjoy this amazing hotel for as long as we had planned.
Everything was wonderful.

From the very second we walked in The Tsitouras Collection we knew we had made THE VERY BEST CHOICE!
Delightful, amazing, brilliant, superb, wonderful, overwhelmed ... aren't enough words to describe how we felt!
We took ages to find this amazing hotel to stay and it was not only the amazing photos, but the reviews did all the talking and this place far exceeded every expectation we had! George the Manager is a one off!! He is fantastic, such a people person, takes so much time and has a wealth of knowledge! Every single member of staff are all amazing. Monji greeted us and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know with such compassion and love for his job. When we saw our room... Well... it bought a tear to our eyes (both of us!!)
It was exquisite! We stayed in The House of Nureyev because it had it's own private balcony. Oh my goodness the view is too amazing for words! It has its own sunbeds and table and chairs to dine. We saw the most amazing sunset from the comfort of our own balcony with no crowds! The whole suite is so fantastic with gorgeous antiques, beautifully cool and extremely clean and comfy!!
The food it absolutely gorgeous and very fresh using the finest ingredients.
We cannot fault one thing. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in!
We truly didn't want to leave.
