J’ai tout aimé,très belle vue ,on peux visiter tout à pieds on as passé le vacances de rêve, le petit déjeuner bien servi les femme elle sont très sympathique, c’est juste les escaliers avec le bebe mais le reste on a adoré, la vue sur les croisières juste magnifique

Hermoso hotel con increíble vista hacia la caldera, personal amable, muy limpio. Calmo. Muy recomendable!!!!

Quizás la profundidad de la pileta ya que fui con mi bebé y era complejo tenerla en los escalones solamente (2,9 mts)

Ausblick

A very mixed experience at this property. The view of the caldera is magnificent, and it is possible to have dinner on the terrace while enjoying it. The swimming pool is also nice. But unfortunately, these are about the only positives.

First of all, the welcome was disappointing. I was asked to pay more than the price I had originally been quoted for the transfer from the port, supposedly because of taxes. If I had been informed about these additional charges beforehand, that would at least have been respectful. And I was not even given a receipt. Then, the ladies at reception repeatedly insisted on offering me a transfer to the airport at a very high price, even though I had already arranged another solution. Curiously, the price kept decreasing when I declined. As for the accommodation, it was adequate for one night for four people, but it was not very clean and was poorly equipped: only two forks and three glasses for four guests. Finally, apart from being served on the terrace with a beautiful view, the breakfast was really disappointing: instant coffee, leftover/opened pieces of bread, orange juice, and almost warm fromage blanc. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
