View was excellent. The room was clean and very spacius and the jacuzzi facility inside the room was fantastic especially when was windy outside. breakfast is served in the room every day an the lady in reception is very friendly! also the location is fantastic in between imerovigli and fira with absolute view to caldera!
just to maintain the windows with a stopper for the windy days.

The location was exceptional - and Tania the owner was very communicative and a lovely lady. The transfers were well organised and very appreciated.
The location of the spa bath in our room - didn’t use it as in a back corner of the upstairs room. Nothing was drawing us to use it. A bit weird.

Incredible views, breakfast was delicious and plenty for the 4 of us, rooms cleaned daily, hot tub was a great addition, Tania was very helpful and welcoming, easy to walk to restaurants and into Fira town.
Our room was probably a little small for a family of 4 with older teenagers, but we expected this when we booked and we were only there 2 nights. For a couple or family of 3 it would be perfect.
