A beautiful, comfortable and functional hotel, with a perfect location and stunning views. But above all, I would especially like to highlight the kindness and warmth of the entire team.
Eva and Maria, thank you so, so much for your help, care and attention throughout our stay, and especially when my son became ill with gastroenteritis. Your willingness to help us and your genuine concern made us feel supported and cared for during a difficult and stressful moment.
It is these kinds of gestures that turn a beautiful hotel into a truly warm and welcoming place.

It was beautiful, inviting, clean & cozy! Also a great central location. In front is the main road with many stores & restaurants and behind the hotel is a short walk through the beautiful walkways to view the caldera. The staff was so kind too!

Location was good, Maria was very helpful, pool was super clean as was the room.
The hotel itself was so pretty and well maintained

Room for 3 people was on the small side . Perhaps one with a balcony would have given you that little bit more space
