It looks exactly like in pictures, very clean , room and bathroom very spacious, the location very good , very close to Fira, to restaurants, coffee shops and in the same time quiet, the ladies from reception kind and helpful with everything we need . We had executive room with hot tub, we will return back for sure.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and unbelievably great for the price. This was our second stay here and we loved it so much. The staff are so kind and friendly and it's a great location - quiet, tucked away, but very walkable to everything.

Great location, nice views and friendly staff
Was given the wrong room and given nothing to accommodate what I paid for. No toiletries in the room. The showers were not as clean as expected.
