One of a kind setting in Santorini. Great design and friendly staff.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was amazing. The staff was very helpful in getting us transfers where needed and answering any additional questions we had. The room was gorgeous and very spacious.
I was sad that the room advertised in the pictures was not the same room I received. The pictures are misleading as we did not have a private space or a view of the ocean. I should have investigated that more but that was a big disappointment. We were also not impressed with the breakfast. There were limited items offered, most of which we didn't eat.

The building itself is special and nice, and the location is good.
1) Staff: no genuine kindness, just providing minimum effort. With reception I had little contact, but generaly the staff was not too active.
2) Breakfast: I don’t have a problem with a la carte breakfast, but if I eat I like to feel that I eat quality and healthy food. There were a lot a of pastry products, but missing healthy choices like yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit (the fruit salad was 70% apple), fresh green juices etc. Also, the scrambled eggs are served on big slices of bread, when asked without bread, portions are very small. They were constantly running our from pancakes which the kids wanted to take. Breakfast is also slow, generally I didn’t have a satisfactory feeling from that.
3) Swimming pool: it has an amazing location, however the number of sunbeds is very small and the opening hours are surreal.. they are only opening at 11am and closing time is at 6pm. The sun is super strong and you can start to enjoy the pool around 5pm so you have one hour and they they kick you out. At 5.30 they close your bill and they close the umbrella above your head at 5.45? 😳
4) Air-condition: the machine is extremely loud and strong, without quite mode so I couldn’t operate it in the night.
5) The hotel itself doesn’t really provide too much facility however you can enter Nikki Beach and get access to the sea and gym. Be aware that the hotel charges you for each direction 35 euro, so better renting a car.
