While a bit off outside the center, it was made up for with an excellent breakfast and a pleasant st

Very pleasant staff who clearly cared about their customers. A bottle of champagne, sparkling and bottled water, along with homemade cookies were wonderful perks!

A bit outside of the main center (15-20-minute walk), while not that far, can be annoying in sub-zero temperatures. I found it a bit odd that champagne glasses with some remaining champagne from the evening before were not removed. Otherwise very clean.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff and a great room very good value for money.

The location was great being just outside the centre was perfect for us but not too far to walk to the Christmas Markets.

The breakfast was fine. I would of preferred more hot food but that’s just my personal preference

it was a good stay

The staff are great very helpful, the location is a short walk to old town which made quieter for us and it’s right on the bus line. Breakfast was good and the bar was a nice addiction.

Great home away from home at Maison Lutetia!

Central location in quiet, elegant building with bar and elevator in a safe residential area, close to downtown. Large, nicely appointed rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with separate room for toilet. Airy rooms with large windows and air conditioning as needed. Wonderful breakfast with hot items, home baked tarts and healthy cereals and fruit. Egg dishes freshly prepared to order. All Staff (French and English speaking) was very accommodating and helpful. Receptionist Bill (also baker, chef etc.) was phenomenal, very professional , knowledgeable and helpful!

A wonderful overnight stop on our way back to the UK from Italy

The host was really helpful, friendly and supportive. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable. We had the best night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious too. Great location and we hope to return soon when we have a little more time.

Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Air conditioning was a lifesaver. The host was very kind. Our bikes were securely stored in their garage. The location was quiet.

Lovely Staff and Great View

Staff are extremely friendly and considerate. I had missed my flight and had the booking details, my sister was at hotel and need to check in. They were very accommodating to my sister to make the process as smooth as possible for her. Also love the balcony. The view of street and church qas beautiful.

I had to book a last-minute hotel because my original housing plans were changed. I had a few different options to select from and I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt safe at night, was warmly greeted each time I arrived back, the room was relaxing and comfortable, and the breakfast was terrific.

perfect for our visit to Strasbourg

Really helpful staff. Good response to emails. Stored our bikes for us and explained about the parking. Easy walk into the beautiful city centre and to the park. Room was really comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean . Breakfast was lovely fresh continental. Again the staff were friendly and helpful . Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel room was comfortable and clean, the hotel located jn a quiet and nice area that is 12-15 min away from the historical center by walk. The stuff was very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend it and go back to it when I revisit Strasbourg. Thank you!

Short and nice stay for a work related event

In overall, nice place to stay with great staff. I had stayed only one night for business and everything went smooth. Breakfast was also nice. I would recommend the place. The design is rather classical compared to modern.

They should notify you before that the heater was off by default and you need to turn it on manually. Also, I didn't like the fact that the toilet is in a separate room than the sink. Maybe this is different for other rooms, or an intentional design decision, idk.
