As it was a last-minute booking when the Christmas markets were on, it was very expensive.

I was allowed in the room early. The building and decorations are great.

Someone let themselves into my room which didn't make me feels safe. No TV.

I would consider staying here again.

Room was updated, clean, spacious for a hostel (even for 4 adults). Staff was friendly & helpful. Layout of room was very functional; it was great having a separate room for the toilet. Convenient location to both the old town center and train station. Categorized as a hostel, but our private room for 4 felt more like a hotel.

More benches or tables in room. Nowhere to sit other than your bed. Breakfast price was a little high for mediocre food & coffee. Could use slightly better soundproofing- we could hear the family staying in the room above us, as well as chatter in the hallway.

Setting the benchmark for hostels!

Stay - women's dorm. It was impeccably clean, beds comfortable, pillows great and plenty of room for everyone’s luggage. En-suite bathroom and separate dressing room. Street parking till 9am. And secure basement all day parking directly below for additional fee. This place is an absolute find!

A great choice for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The staff was truly excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, and the rooms are comfortable with a fresh renovation. It was also very quiet, which made it perfect for a good night’s sleep.

It would be great to have a hairdryer available in the bathroom. A small kettle or coffee maker in the room would also add extra comfort.

Pleasant and comfortable week I have had

This time, the shared room is big for just three people. Cleanliness, friendly and welcoming reception, nice lobby, common Tv room, central location are all positive

This nice room does not have lockers, it just has shelves. I know they also offer luggage storage slots outside the room. But it would be easier to store laptops and some valuables just in the room without requiring a large luggage space. Also, I don’t know why this is the case for just the 1st floor. The previous week, I was in the second floor and lockers were equipped.

an ok 1 week stay

Super-friendly staff, central location Two bathrooms for a room with 6 beds.

I would not like to mention the major issue I have experienced in my first week of stay here. But other minor issues are attributed to the sharing of six people in a room. For example, my first night was sleepless because a guy below was nonstop snoring, crazy loud it was. …the loudest I have ever heard. poor guy. … The more the number of guests per room, the higher the chances to find something annoying, anyway.

Small (and clean) bathroom directly within the room. Towel, soap and shower gel included. The reading lights were perfectly designed/placed since they didn't light up the entire room and disturb others but still provided more than enough light for yourself. Walkable distance from train station.

No lockers in room. The room was pretty warm.
