Overall a nice hotel in terms of cleanliness, service and location. Family friendly but their interior design choice is a bit mature and questionable for a kids. Would be nice if they could provide microwave and toaster in each room as well. We liked the hotel otherwise.

Great location for walking around Vancouver. Lots of food choices nearby. Granville Island and Waterfront are walking distance. Felt safe in the area and the parking was secure. The bathroom didn't have a fan but the window opened to air it out. Would stay here again.

Staff were great. My door didn’t close all the way, so although it was deadbolted, there was still a gap and a draft. The soundproofing was minimal and the person above me kept dropping things onto the floor.

There was loud music playing, and I don’t like that the curtains don’t pull shut to fully cover the windows (yah they have sheers) just felt not private. I thoroughly enjoyed the nespresso coffee.

Looked the hotel. Perfect room, super clean, just the right size. Loved the large shower. Great location and walking distance to several restaurants. Bonus that parking area was secured. I really appreciated how friendly the staff were. Front desk and through out the hotel staff were smiling, engaging and asking if they could be of assistance. I would book here again.

Hotel has been updated and has a very cool vibe. Staff were super nice and services were great (unlimited water and coffee pods for the room, free passes to a nearby gym). The hotel rooms do exit directly outside though, and the heating/cooling in the rooms are a bit tricky - stayed here in November and couldn't seem to maintain a comfortable temperature, likely due to the older building. Would be an amazing spot and layout in the summer though! It is also directly across from the hospital, so a very busy pedestrian and traffic spot - probably a pro for some and a con for others.

Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only little issue was the morning is loud between staff cleaning adjacent rooms or the hospital being so close but 8:30am isn’t a bad wake up time!

the front desk was a little troubling at check in. out of country and someone barely spoke english and didn’t understand how payments fully worked and almost was just in vancouver not knowing where to go. but a guy helped us and told her there’s a different way to pay for a deposit so we ended up staying and things worked out. then when we asked for new towels since we took showers and everything, only gave us 1 towel for like showers and there’s 2 of us so. if they spoke some english better and understood their job then it would’ve been a better stay with customer service but the room was nice, and it was quiet

The pillows are too high and hard. The water took more 5 minutes before getting hot. The water pressure is very weak. There is no control on the room heater. I stayed for 3 nights. There are people talking at 2:00am near my room the last 2 days. While talking, one guy was smoking. I can smell in my room.
