    Wonderful warm welcome when my daughter and I arrived. Our hotel apartment was spacious and very comfortable too. Loved the view from our light airy room. There was also a separate cosy dining area and a desire kitchen as well. Breakfast buffet was served by lovely staff and kept us happily nourished until dinner! Such convenient location. We were so happy with our choice. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I have seen mixed reviews from old posts about this hotel hence I had few hesitations prior to booking. However after checking in, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. It was conveniently located near the Vienna State Opera and had near trams and subway stations (Karlsplatz). The staff are all friendly especially Emina from the Front Desk. She was very helpful and warm. The room was spacious, with cooktop and utensils. They also have free mini bar and coffee station. Their toilette at the lobby is always pristine and smelling fresh/clean. I will definitely consider this hotel again in the future.
