Staff was great. Complimentary water and coffee was awesome Location is perfect to walk everywhere
The bathroom had a horrible smell that wouldn't go away The pillows are quite shapeless, uncomfortable They only clean up if you request it The room did not feel as premium as the description promised

Staff so helpful, lobby is beautiful, room is large and convenient. Love the free coffee and water in the lobby area. Thank you 🙏🏻
Breakfast area was a little cramped and a bit overpriced, but restaurant staff were wonderful. Lift was tiny, difficult with luggage.

Central and the staff were so helpful
Facilities weren’t the best and were a bit dated. But the staff made up for all of that. We arrived due to cancelled flights and they really facilitated us in every way they could
