Super hotel! Details, plenty of details. Guesthouse knows how to be a host, and go all the way. Great coffee maker in room, rate includes drinks and Austrian wines in the minibar, nice sheets and towels, books and magazines in the room and the lobby, good Brasserie. A honest smile and helpful attitude when answering questions. I want to return to Vienna and stay again in Guesthouse.

Great location! The complimentary mini bar was a big plus that we weren’t expecting. Staff were all lovely and were really accomodating when we asked for an iron in the room and firmer pillows.
We had to deal with getting our bags in an awkward door by ourselves.

This hotel sets the bar for service excellence , beautiful rooms with complementary wine and snacks and incredible staff .
The only thing I could possibly criticize was the very old hairdryer .
