The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to Karlsplatz and also to the opera house.
The bathroom was very small.

The location was perfect for visiting the opera house and the musikvieren. Public transit just steps away. Main shopping street just a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Most tourist destinations about 10-15 minute walk. Deluxe rooms had a kettle with instant coffee and tea provided. Beds were quite comfortable.

Great location to underground and main train. Check in/out was smooth. Reasonable central location to main centre.
Hard to believe there is no tea/coffee facilities in room or even on floor. Had to take cups of hot water from bar to 3rd level. Would have thought this dangerous but poor for high end hotel.
