    I would recommend it for the price and location. Although I was placed in a room next to what appeared to be the property owner's room. There was a woman in there that would not stop talking loudly from the morning until nighttime when I came back from the city. It did not help that the walls were paper thin. The toilet bowl seemed to leak; the toilet stunk of pee the entire stay, even after flushing the bowl and rinsing the floor. The water pressure in the shower was good, though. Everything else seemed clean. There was tv with cable. Radiator for heating. Instant coffee and tea.

    The toilet wasn't working, and we got another single room and a double one, as there were three of us. However, the bathroom in the double room was so so smelly that my daughter did not want to use it at all. The beds were so low that my mother, 83 years old, found uncomfortable as it was difficult for her to get out of the bed. Also, there is no lift which makes it still very uncomfortable for people with heavy luggage or health issues.

    Location is perfect. We stayed in Auckland room which is probably a roof. There is no elevator. No fridge in the room. Toilet is not clean. There's a very short distance between the bed and the upper window so easily you can hit your head while standing up from the bed. I believe there are much better rooms in the hotel but unfortunately this one was not shown on the photos of booking page.
