My first time with Hyatt as I always go for Marriott hotels. This hotel was amazing , I like the planning add for the 2 bedroom suites. It’s well planned , a lot of space and direct views of the water which is amazing. Waking up and opening the window blinds and having a view of the water from the bed is amazing. The kids enjoyed the place a lot.

Stay at the Hyatt was fabulous it is such an iconic hotel in Clearwater Beach. The room was very spacious with excellent facilities and the balcony views made our stay

Jose took care of us and made it a smooth transition to our new room. Also made our kids birthday special! Bell desk staff, I forget their names, but they we're all so helpful and understanding. I would recommend this place to everyone I come across. I love the proseco on tap and the kids game room.

Very bad experience with the room, AC was not working. After few hours of checkin called and informed front desk about it. They sent someone who came and just turned off and turned it back on. Said all good and left. Later that eve, still it was 76/78 inside. Called front desk and they said the head of engineering will look into it 😀. Post that it may have worked for an hour or so and back to 76 all night. Vacation stay was horrible with infant in the room. Not coming back.
