    We originally booked a king room with balcony but when we got to our room, it did not include the balcony. We went back to the lobby and Gina corrected the room right away. Gina was very pleasant. All the staff was great actually. Our room overlooked the marina and had an ocean view. Great room, especially for the price. The breakfast was good, well stocked and clean. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was very polite. All in all, we would definitely stay again!

    Since I was alone I would ask for go ask for a fit check. And there was confusion with this app and then the hotel upgraded my room for the craziness of the situation. Love staying there and feels safe. Amazing Staff and Managers. But love the late night front desk crew. Thank you.

    Waking up, getting a decent all you can eat breakfast and walking to the beach is exactly what I was looking for! And if you want a late night cocktail to conclude your wonderful day, all you have to do is ride the elevator to the tenth floor! You never have to leave the hotel parking garage for anything because everything is within walking distance. Will be visiting again!

    Unfortunately, I was misled by attractive online photos when choosing Pier 60 Marina Hotel. The property is outdated, with a pervasive musty smell. Additionally, there was an unexpected $40 daily amenities charge covering facilities like the gym, which unfortunately featured rusty and broken equipment. The breakfast experience was also disappointing, marred by poor quality food and unfriendly staff. The sole redeeming feature was the helpful evening reception staff, who kindly recommended dinner spots. Despite its favorable location, the hotel's pricing is on par with far superior options like the Hilton, Marriott Residence, and Ramada, all of which offer better amenities and more welcoming staff in the same area. I won't be returning to this hotel and hope this review helps others in their decision-making.
